Aleeza Goggins

Former Director of Nursing. 18-year clinical career. Championship athlete. Military spouse. Trauma-experienced founder.

Aleeza founded HHH in 2023 to close the gap between crisis intervention and long-term resilience — the place where, in her clinical experience, most Veterans and First Responders get lost.

A clinical career, from bedside to Director of Nursing.

Aleeza spent eighteen years in nursing, beginning in 2004 and rising to Director of Nursing before stepping away from full-time clinical leadership in 2023 to build HHH.

Two decades of clinical practice taught her where the system thins out. Crisis interventions, when they happen, are well-resourced. Long-term resilience is not. Between the two is a quiet stretch where most people lose momentum — and many never come back.

RN, 18 years Director of Nursing Clinical leadership

Twelve years of competitive swimming. A decade of endurance crew. A national championship.

Outside of clinical work, Aleeza spent twelve years as a competitive swimmer and a decade as crew chief supporting endurance athletes through more than thirty major events. She played linebacker for the San Diego Surge in women's professional football and won a National Championship in 2012.

The athletic background isn't background. It's a second discipline that informs how HHH approaches the work — patient, structured, measured by what holds over time, not what looks dramatic in a moment.

A perspective on military life lived from inside it.

As a military spouse, Aleeza has lived inside the service experience and its family impact firsthand. HHH's framing — that Veterans and First Responders carry an experience the rest of the system often doesn't see — comes from inside that life, not from outside it.

"I'm trauma-experienced, not trauma-informed."

The framing is hers, and it matters. Trauma-informed is a credential. Trauma-experienced is a fact about a person's life. HHH was built by someone who carries the latter, working with people who carry it themselves — supported by best-in-class partners whose credentials and clinical practice complete the work.

Aleeza's career has always been about closing gaps. HHH is that work, organized.

Crisis intervention is well-resourced. Long-term resilience is not. The space between them is where most people get lost. HHH exists to close that space — with people who know the terrain, alongside partners who do the work well.

HHH runs in small, focused cohorts — personal by design, with the reach to grow nationally. The program is funded by people who decide it should exist, and monthly sustainers are the backbone of the work.
