For First Responders

You've spent your career showing up for other people's worst days.

HHH is the space where someone shows up for yours — on your terms, at your pace, with people who don't need it explained. Police, fire, EMS, dispatch, corrections. Active, retired, separated. The work doesn't have to be over for you to be here.

Who qualifies

Active, retired, or separated first responders. Police, fire, EMS, dispatch, corrections. Documentation of role required during application.

What it costs

The program is offered at no cost to qualifying First Responders. Funded by donors, sponsors, and scholarship support.

How long it takes

Immersion is a multi-day in-person retreat. Experience runs over weeks to months. Resilience continues on your terms.

What to expect

Built around the realities of the job.

The program acknowledges what the career carries — cumulative exposure, irregular schedules, the difference between burnout and trauma, the way some experiences stay with you, and you can't just unsee what you've seen. We work with partners who specialize in first-responder care for exactly that reason.

The application is a soft form. The first step is a conversation.

When you're ready, we're here.

You don't have to be in crisis to apply. You don't have to be ready to talk. You just have to want to know more.
