Board of Directors

The people who built HHH and keep it accountable.

A seven-member board spanning clinical, first-responder, equine, arts, veterans, and entrepreneurial backgrounds.

Aleeza Goggins
Aleeza Goggins
Founder, Board Chair & Executive Director
Aleeza Goggins has always been a natural leader—on the field, in her career, and in the environments that have shaped her. She began coaching and teaching swimming as a young teen, discovering early on the joy of guiding others and the grounding power of water. A lifelong athlete, she spent 12 years in competitive swimming along with several other sports before dedicating herself to endurance athletics in 2006. For the next decade, she served as crew chief for one of the nation’s top endurance athletes, supporting more than 30 major events with unwavering dedication and resilience.

Her athletic journey later carried her to professional football, where she played linebacker for the San Diego Surge and became a National Champion in 2012.

Parallel to her athletic pursuits, Aleeza built an 18-year nursing career beginning in 2004, ultimately serving as a Director of Nursing. Her heart for service and her ability to lead with compassion have been constant threads through every stage of her life.

In 2022, Aleeza found herself called back to nature and the deeper rhythms of holistic healing. Through spending time outdoors, reconnecting with the land, and exploring whole-person wellness, she discovered a renewed purpose: helping others heal, restore, and reconnect—with themselves and with the world around them.

Her greatest joy remains her family—her husband and two children—who inspire her daily to live with intention, balance, and love.
Anna Sanford
Anna Sanford
Board Vice Chair & Assistant Director
Anna has always enjoyed the outdoors and animals. Anna began riding horses at the age of three and continued developing that passion throughout her life. Anna was a member of the Fresno State Equestrian team, has trained horses professionally and worked in many facets of the equine industry. Anna also played multiple other sports of which her most favorite and memorable was women’s football where she played tight end and outside linebacker reaching the highest achievement of National Champion in the 2012 season. Anna’s love for and study of horses has also played into her current career as a firefighter/paramedic. Here she has taken the skills she learned to “silently” communicate with a 1K pound animal, who picks up on the smallest physical cues, and translate that into communicating with, and meeting people at a level they much need on what may be the hardest, most tragic day of their life. This desire to study the body and emotion in animals and translate that to humans has brought Anna full circle to her involvement with HHH. With her partnership with HHH, Anna looks forward to growing that next phase of her journey of connection and communication into healing the body and soul through natural and holistic modalities.
Connie Barnhart
Connie Barnhart

Connie Barnhart brings a wealth of experience in leadership, service, and community engagement to the Holistic Healing and Health Foundation. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Herron School of Art at IUPUI, where she double majored in ceramics and sculpture and minored in anthropology, Connie has always been passionate about the power of creativity as a tool for healing and self-expression.

Her professional background includes over two decades with the United States Postal Service, where she served both as a Rural Route Mail Carrier and as an elected Union Steward, advocating for her colleagues and fostering collaborative solutions. Earlier in her career, she served as a Site Director for the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, overseeing youth programs that combined education, enrichment, and community support.

Connie is now expanding her passion for supporting others by studying to become a certified Life Coach. She is committed to helping individuals on their personal healing journeys through both creative expression and personal growth practices.

Donna brings extensive operational and financial management experience, having overseen administrative functions for a multi-unit fitness organization with 10+ locations and up to 500 staff. Her background includes payroll and tax filings, bookkeeping and cash management, insurance and claims oversight, entity formation, and multi-state compliance.

She previously served 12 years on the Board of the Colony Youth Football Association—seven as Treasurer—managing financials, supporting 501(c)(3) formation, and helping lead major community events and fundraising.

Donna provides the strong operational and financial foundation essential to building this organization with solid systems, compliance, and structure from the start.
Kim Krafft
Kim Krafft
Board Secretary & Director
Kim is both a Veteran and a first responder. She began her career in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and later transitioned into work as an RN and first responder after her discharge. Nursing has been her calling for nearly four decades.

Her commitment to advocacy was shaped early by her parents, who used their backgrounds in education to support children with special needs. Kim began volunteering alongside them in high school and has carried their legacy forward, dedicating her life to advocating for those in need.

As the family advocate Ombudsman for the SEAL Teams during her husband’s years of active duty, Kim gained firsthand insight into the challenges Veterans face when transitioning from deployment to home and from active duty to civilian life.

Today, Kim brings her extensive experience to organizations as a leader in education, research, and grant writing, continuing her lifelong work of service, support, and empowerment.
Anna Duffy
Anna Duffy
Board Director
Anna is dedicated to ending violence in her community and ensuring survivors are treated with dignity and given the support needed to rebuild healthy, productive lives.

She brings over 23 years of sexual-assault advocacy experience, beginning at the Sonoma County Temporary Restraining Order Clinic and later with Women Against Rape/United Against Sexual Assault (now Verity). She continued her support by joining the board of directors, serving as secretary, vice president, and president.

Alongside her work with Verity, Anna has spent 26 years with the Emergency Services Department at Burning Man, where she was a founding member and Chief of the Crisis Intervention Team — a team that responds to sexual assault, domestic violence, suicide ideation, and psychiatric emergencies.

She is a former Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Trainer (ASIST) and previously served on the board of the Nevada Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence (NCEDSV).

After raising her daughter as a single working mother, Anna earned a Health Services degree from the University of San Francisco. She went on to join Crisis Support Services of Nevada in Reno as Call Center Director, later serving as Director of Programs — overseeing all programs, Crisis Call and Text lines, and Sexual Assault Support Services.
Marcie Davis
Marcie Davis
Board Director
Marcie Davis brings a diverse background in leadership, coaching, human resources, hospitality, customer service, and small business, along with a deeply personal connection to the mission of Holistic Healing and Health.

Her respect for first responders began at age 16, when their quick action during a life-threatening emergency helped save her life. In the years since, Marcie and her family have experienced other moments when first responders were there without hesitation. Those experiences created a lasting appreciation for those who continually show up, serve, and care for others, often without taking time to care for themselves.

That gratitude is at the heart of Marcie’s commitment to HHH and its work to provide Veterans and First Responders with meaningful support, connection, and resources for long-term health and resilience.

Marcie lives in Indiana with her husband, Matthew, and is a proud mother of four and grandmother of one.
